I teach classes in my living room. The only “teaching” piece of equipment that stays is the 4′ x 6′ white board. Otherwise, I have two folding 6′ tables and folding chairs.
I also use my dining table and dining room for tutoring. I have bookshelves in the dining room for my books and equipment, and a whiteboard easel from http://www.lakeshorelearning.com (these are AWESOME). I can transition between classes in the living room and private tutoring in the dining room easily with no space between sessions. After I am done for the day, everything goes away, and our space may return.
I love it Marna! Thanks for sharing.
