Are You Thinking About Offering a Summer Day Camp?
Spring is here and summer is fast approaching. Are you thinking about offering a summer day camp? Today's question comes from Michele Williams, “Hi Adrianne, I would like to know how to set up a summer math camp …best ratio of tutors to children … best age group(s) … how tomarket it … and any other tips you might have. Thanks!” I love this question as I am working on this very task today! We'll cover the timing and planning of a day camp, marketing, and my own plans for summer day camps.

I would LOVE to make this podcast a weekly deal, but it takes a community to do so! Keep your questions coming and I can keep the show going. Have you left a review yet for the podcast? I’d be so grateful if you would.

I really loved this podcast! I have been considering doing a similar project or group tutoring for the Summer, however I am stumped on selecting a venue. I do not have my own space and I have no clue how to find a place to offer lessons/camp. Do you have any suggestions?
Here are a few ideas Shavonta:
Check with local churches to see if you can rent a space
Library
Community Center rooms
Reserve a space at the park (camp, not lessons)
Check with University of Phoenix, they allow small businesses to rent their spaces (at least here they do)
Hope that helps!
